Contact Channels: Verified Safaricom mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and specific social connectivity links (such as direct WhatsApp routing parameters).
Geographical Data: Live store coordinates, physical addresses within retail structures (e.g., Rehema House, Nairobi), and Google Maps pin endpoints.
System Tracking Logs: Device internet protocol (IP) logs, browser configurations, click-through metrics for "Chat on WhatsApp" buttons, and internal keyword entry terms.

We utilize your profile information exclusively to facilitate marketplace efficiency:

To populate your public seller storefront so interested local buyers can find and reach you directly.
To run validation queries against accredited identity authorities (such as Smile ID or the IPRS network) to confirm vendor status.
To process recurring subscription invoicing cycles through local payment engines.
To generate backend traffic analytics reports within your personal store dashboard.

Public Marketplace Exposure: By listing products, properties, or services, you explicitly authorize Home and Business Marketplace to display your business name, logo, phone number, physical shop address, and WhatsApp redirect button to anyone using the website.
Law Enforcement Provisions: We do not sell or trade user data. However, in instances of verified fraud, M-Pesa scamming, or explicit criminal investigations, we will cooperate fully with the National Police Service and relevant Kenyan regulatory bodies by turning over account logs, ID documentation, and transaction metadata.

Active accounts will have their structural metadata retained indefinitely.
If you choose to delete your account, your personal documentation and product images will be purged from our production databases within thirty (30) business days, except for data required to prevent banned individuals from registering a new account.
